hello, there!
I´m Jennifer
For years, I did what so many nurses do: picked up shifts, worked every other weekend, rotated holidays, and told myself, “This is just what nursing is,” I loved caring for my patients, but my life was build around the schedule, not the other way around.
Then I become a mom.
Suddenly, the long shifts, mandatory weekends, and missing moments at home didn’t feel noble anymore, they felt misaligned. What had “worked” in my single, no-kids season was no longer working in my new role as a mother. I found myself torn between the career I had poured decades into and the little one God had placed in my arms.
The tension became my turning point.
I started exploring non-traditional nursing roles, remote opportunities, and more flexible ways to use my skills without sacrificing my family or my health. Along the way, I realized something important: I wasn’t the only nurse quietly wondering, “Is there another way to do this?”
I understand you. I’ve been there too!

change isn’t easy, but it was worth it.
Now, through Clarity Nurse Co., I help other Chrisitan nurses explore that same question with honesty, courage, and faith. Here, you’ll find practical tools, gentle guidance, and a safe place to process where God might be leading you next, whether that’s staying at the bedside with new boundaries, transitioning to remote work, or stepping into something completely different.
If you ever felt like the life nursing gave you no longer fits the life God is calling you to as a mom, wife, or caregiver, you’re in the right place. You’re not “ungrateful” or “too sensitive,” you’re simply noticing that your soul, your family, and your faith need something different. You’re just ready for clarity.
I really believe that:
You can still care deeply for others without
abandoning yourself.
